Submit your most educational and interesting research study. All presentations will be presented orally at the scientific presentation competition sessions at TOPIC 2019. TOPIC Scientific Committee will review all presentations and select the best scientific research in TOPIC 2019.

Submission Guidelines

1.	All abstracts should be submitted electronically via the website (http://www.topic.gr.jp).
2.	Your abstract should be formatted to Oxford English style and spelling only. The abstract must include PURPOSE, METHODS AND RESULTS, CONCLUSIONS. Your abstract must not exceed 300 words (including spaces). If you attach pictures the data size must be under 500KB in total.
3.	Cases must be submitted by 8th April, 2019 (Deadline).
4.	Number of abstract one can submit is only one. Call for Abstracts has been closed. Thank you for your application.

Benefit

Those selected for the award will have their registration fee waived and can access facilities for faculties as faculty of the year 2020. The competition winner will be selected at the venue, awarded a certificate of merit and given an iPad.

Acceptance & Notification

1.	Submitters will receive e-mail notification of the result of their application by the beginning of June. The notification will include the presentation schedule.
2.	An invitation letters will be sent to presenters.
3.	There will be no participation fee for presenters. However, we cannot cover any travel, accommodation or financial expenses, as we unfortunately do not have the funds to support participants. Also, we can not assist with your itinerary, nor can we support visa applications or act as a guarantor.
4.	Presentation time is 10 minutes per person including entry and exit time.
5.	The presenters' abstract will appear on the TOPIC app.
