Guide to our presenters

Please arrive at the hall with time to spare to avoid peak times at our reception areas. Faculty Reception : B1


For presenters, complete the data check on the PC Preview Corner : B2 Foyer at least 30 minutes before the start of the applicable program.

Please enter the room no later than 10 minutes before the program's beginning.
The chairperson should start each session on time. Each presenter will present according to the chairperson's instructions.
Strictly comply with the scheduled session time and each planned presentation time.

Presentation guide

Presentations will be made using a computer. We recommend that you bring your own USB memory for operation, however using your own PC is also available. Presenters must come to the PC Preview Corner in advance.

Presentation data: 1920×1080(recommend)

　 1440×1080
　  960×720
Windows standard fonts are recommended.

You are asked to disclose any conflicts of interest (COI) in your presentation. All presenters must include a disclosure statement for COI on the second slide (the slide following the title slide) of the presentation file, regardless of the presence or absence of any COI to be disclosed.

1) Bring your own PC
  • Both Windows and Macintosh can be used.
  • A video output connector (HDMI) is required.
    • Please bring your own conversion connector. We do not lend out.
  • Please cancel the screensaver and power saving settings in advance.
  • Please be sure to bring an AC adapter.
  • Please bring along the backup data saved in the USB memory.
  • If you wish to use video (sound), please be sure to notify the operator at the time of the preview.

2) Bring in USB data
  • The following applications are available.
    Windows　Macintosh PowerPoint 2021 When using videos, only Windows standard codecs are supported.（We recommend MP4）

  • Do not store data other than the presentation data (completed version) in the USB memory.
  • Please note that we will not be held responsible if the presentation becomes impossible due to the failure to bring backup data.
  • Check the USB memory with the latest antivirus software.
  • Presenter view is not available.

※ Method of presentation
You will operate the remote presentation system installed on the podium.
The first page of the presentation is switched by the operator. After that, you will remotely control the PC placed on the operation desk from the podium.
