1) Flyer placement ・Poster display
・Send the package directly to the venue on the specified date.
・Please print the ‘Shipping Label' in colour and make sure to affix it to a visible place on the parcel.

2）Interval slides
・After applying, please send the PowerPoint data by email to the TOPIC Secretariat（topoi2024@topi.gr.jp).
・The number and timing of screenings is at the discretion of the organiser.
Slide size：1 PowerPoint slide with a 16:9 ratio.
File name：Your meeting name
Data sending deadline：26th July
3）Banner exchange - Banner ads on the TOPIC 2024 website.
・The period display schedule is until autumn 2024 (before the TOPIC 2025 website will be uploaded).
・The banner according to the following instructions and send it to us.

Size : 120 * 60 pixels
Capacity : 25 KB or smaller
Format:
GIF (including animated GIF), JPEG, GIF animation:
Infinite loop is not acceptable.
One loop must be < 5 seconds.
The following are not allowed:
1. Embedded input box and/or buttons, etc.
2. Highlighted banners with high-contrast colours (excessive contrast).
3. Banners that could seriously impair the image of TOPIC
※Please inform us of the size and precautions to be taken for the TOPIC banner to be posted on your association's website. We will send you the banner as soon as it is ready.
